Loch Lomond Faerie Trail

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and visitors.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time prior to booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled visit: Full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: Reschedule for another time.

  • No-shows: Non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of severe weather or safety concerns. In such cases, a refund or alternative date will be offered.

Safety & Supervision

The Loch Lomond Faerie Trail is an outdoor woodland experience.

  • Visitors participate at their own risk.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • Suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.

Liability

Loch Lomond Faerie Trail shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Minor injuries inherent to outdoor environments

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Weather Conditions

The trail operates in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. Decisions regarding closures are at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and images are the property of Loch Lomond Faerie Trail and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
