Where do I collect my tickets?

Find us at the top of Luss SOUTH Carpark to check in and collect your activity packs.

Is the trail buggy / wheelchair friendly?

We don’t recommend buggies on our trail, although many people do bring them, unfortunately our trail is not suitable for double buggies due to a narrow bridge. There some steep sections and steps so at this time, our trail is not accessible. We are hoping to improve accessibility so please keep an eye out for regular updates.

What clothing should I wear?

Naturally, we recommend comfortable warm clothing - it is quite possible you could get a bit wet and muddy, but that’s part of the fun! Bring wellies or outdoor shoes; even in dry weather it can still be a bit damp.

What is your returns policy?

We operate a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we will happily rearrange your visit for another time.

Do I have to pay for every member of my group?

All customers, regardless of age, require a ticket to enjoy the magic of our trail.

Can I bring dogs on the trail?

Four-legged friends are very welcome on our trails but we ask that they are kept on leads and any mess is cleaned up. Dog bins are provided at the start and end of our trail. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted in Faerie Tale Farm.

What age is our trail suitable for?

Our trail is primarily aimed at pre-school and junior school age children from about 3-10 years old. However we find that younger and (much) older guests have a great time too!

How long does it take to complete our trail?

A visit to Loch Lomond Trails can take anything from 1-3 hours, depending on your pace. The trail itself is around a mile long.
