  • The trail is located in Luss, accessible via the A82, with both north and south entrances to the village.

  • The trail hut is located within Luss South Car Park, which is the best place to park for the trails.

  • Directions to the start of the trail are marked on your map that you will collect once you check in. Our friendly assistants at check-in will guide you to the correct starting point.

  • The trail hut is easy to spot within the Luss South Car Park. For precise navigation, you can use What3Words: ///ogre.custard.magic

  • We will hold your time slot for you if you are running late, but you may want to allow extra time for your journey to avoid traffic delays.

  • Luss can be reached by bus from Balloch. It’s a 5–10 minute walk from the village bus stops to the trail start.

    For a scenic journey, take a Loch Lomond Cruise. Sweeney’s in Balloch operates trips that go directly to Luss Pier, and Cruise Loch Lomond offers routes from locations along the Loch, including Balmaha and Tarbet.
